When considering a potential car service provider you really should be satisfied with the answers they give to the following five questions.
"How long have you been
in business?"
(We registered
for business in January 1996 and still have the same founding partners).
"Can you provide some evidence
of your performance?"
(We
are happy to provide references from recognisable companies who
will confirm we have been providing a satisfactory service for a
number of years).
"Do
your Cars match the quality we require?"
(Our
fleet comprises of the S-Class Mercedes luxury saloon and the Mercedes
Executive People Mover - usually less than three years old, however
if a new model is on the horizon we may wait before changing)..
"How knowledgeable / experienced
are your drivers?"
(We
only invite those with many years experience and whom we have know
previously to join us. We have no trainees, casual or part time
staff).
"How can
I be certain that my passenger will be well looked after?"
(Our team are all self employed professionals
who have - to our specification - invested a considerable sum buying
their own cars and who therefore have a genuine interest in the
satisfaction of every client and passenger). |
