V.A.T. Value Added Tax is applied to all figures.BOOKINGS:
Extending: If a booking is made for a certain amount of hours and during the booking we are requested to extend, we will happily do so as long as the vehicle has no subsequent bookings which clash.
Falling short: If a booking is made for a certain amount of hours and during the booking it is shortened, we wont charge for any unworked hours we can use the car on another booking.
Cancellation Charges

SMALL CHILDREN:
By law small children require appropriate restraints. We neither provide nor assist in the fitting of Child seats or restraints. It is the adult passenger’s entire responsibility to make sure any children in his/her care are properly secured.
ROUTE:
Our Chauffeur will choose a route using his experience & knowledge of local conditions. He will be happy to accept an alternative route as requested by his passenger, however should this result in additional miles or time being incurred an additional charge may be made.
LEFT ITEMS:
Our Chauffeurs will check for any items left by their passengers. Any items left by a passenger and missed by our driver will be returned to the location of your choice, however we will make a charge.
PASSENGERS RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our Insurers will not cover injury caused by passenger’s irresponsibility such as not wearing a seat belt or opening doors before the vehicle has come to a halt. Should a passenger cause damage to a vehicle we will pass on the full costs of repair and loss of work for the time the vehicle was off the road.
